INSPECTIONS

Facility Inspections

Quarterly or semiannual walk-throughs, with findings documented and prioritized by risk and urgency.

Chapter 01

Quarterly or semiannual: how hard the building works

The right inspection cadence depends on how a building is used, so Resolute Facilities Solutions sets it with you rather than handing every property the same schedule. Quarterly inspections fit high-traffic or high-use facilities, buildings with complex mechanical systems, and sites where downtime carries a higher risk. Semiannual inspections fit lower-traffic or stable environments that already run an established maintenance programme.

If you are not sure which side your building falls on, text or call 833-588-5286, or write brandon@resolutefs.com. We would rather talk through the building than guess.

What a walk-through covers

An inspection looks at the whole building, not one system. HVAC and mechanical equipment. Electrical systems and visible wiring. Plumbing fixtures and water concerns. Interior ceilings, walls and flooring. Exterior conditions, access points and drainage. Life-safety observations along the way.

Resolute coordinates the visit and the people who perform it, from our administrative base in Glenrock, Wyoming, for commercial facilities in all 50 states. You get a single report from a single team, not one page per vendor.

Chapter 03

Turning findings into action

Inspection data is only useful if someone acts on it. Every finding is documented and prioritized by risk and urgency, so the summary reads as a decision list rather than a pile of observations.

When a finding needs repair, the same team dispatches the right trade and reports back with updates, photos and documentation. The next inspection then starts from a record of what was found and what was done.

Inspection findings arrive documented and sorted by risk and urgency. Questions about cadence: 833-588-5286 or brandon@resolutefs.com.

Pick the cadence

Two schedules, one standard of report

Quarterly
High-traffic or high-use facilities, complex mechanical systems, higher downtime risk, and teams that want proactive planning.
Semiannual
Lower-traffic or stable environments with an established maintenance programme already in place.

Every finding lands in one of four places

  • 01

    Immediate attention

Safety and failure risks that need a technician now.

  • 02

    Monitor

Conditions worth watching, with a note on what would change the call.

  • 03

    Recommended repairs

Work to schedule and budget before it becomes a ticket.

  • 04

    Prevention

Habits and upkeep that keep the next inspection quiet.

What the walk-through turns up usually routes to HVAC support, electrical work or interior repair, and Resolute dispatches it from the same ticket.
