Power

Electrical Work

Repairs, lighting, panels, outlets and power disruptions, handled safely and efficiently by licensed professionals.

Chapter 01

What goes wrong with the power

Electrical trouble in a commercial building rarely announces itself politely. A corridor of dead fixtures, an outlet that has stopped working, a switch that sparks, a panel that keeps tripping: some of it is an inconvenience and some of it is a hazard.

Resolute handles electrical repairs and troubleshooting, lighting issues and fixture replacements, panel, outlet and switch concerns, power disruptions and system failures, and safety-related electrical issues for commercial buildings in all 50 states.

Part of the job is telling those apart quickly, so the safety item does not sit in the same queue as a burned-out lamp.

Licensed professionals, one point of contact

Electrical work is handled safely and efficiently by licensed professionals. Resolute does not ask you to find them. We coordinate the right provider for the job, set expectations immediately and oversee the work through to completion.

For anything urgent, text or call 833-588-5286. The line is open 24/7 from our administrative headquarters in Glenrock, Wyoming. For a project or a bid, write to brandon@resolutefs.com.

You hear from one team throughout, with updates, photos and documentation, instead of juggling an electrician, a property manager and a tenant.

Chapter 03

Safety first, then the lights

Safety-related electrical items are triaged first. Anything that puts people or equipment at risk moves to the front, and the cosmetic and convenience work is scheduled around your tenants so nobody feels the disruption.

A power disruption is also an operations risk: refrigeration, security, point of sale and phones all hang on the same circuits. That is why the findings from a regular facility inspection, including visible wiring and panel conditions, are worth acting on before they become an outage.
