Working with one point of contact
Resolute is a single point of contact and service manager. We assess each request, dispatch qualified technicians and vendors for the trade involved, manage the communication and oversee the work through to completion, so you deal with one team instead of five vendors.
HVAC Support, Plumbing, Electrical Work, Interior Repair, Exterior Damage, Facility Inspections, Emergency Support, Window & Door, Asphalt & Parking Lot, Concrete & Flatwork and Safety Systems. Beyond that list, Resolute builds custom facility solutions around your building, your schedule and your priorities.

Emergencies and response
Emergency services run 24/7. Text or call 833-588-5286 and the team assesses urgency, dispatches the right trade and tells you what to expect right away.
System inspections and performance checks, filter replacements and airflow optimization, preventative servicing to reduce emergency calls, seasonal readiness assessments, and documentation and service tracking. Repairs cover heating and cooling system failures, equipment malfunctions and control issues, airflow and temperature inconsistencies, and urgent comfort-related concerns, with 24/7 emergency HVAC response.

Inspections and planning
Quarterly inspections suit high-traffic or high-use facilities, complex mechanical systems and buildings where downtime is costly. Semiannual inspections suit lower-traffic or stable buildings with an established maintenance program. Either way, findings are documented and sorted into immediate attention, monitor, recommended repairs and prevention.
HVAC and mechanical systems, electrical systems and visible wiring, plumbing fixtures and water concerns, interiors including ceilings, walls and flooring, exterior conditions, access points and drainage, and life-safety observations.
Findings are documented and prioritized by risk and urgency. The summary sorts them into four groups: immediate attention, monitor, recommended repairs and prevention, so you can see what to fix now and what can wait.
