Accessibility Statement

Resolute Facilities Solutions wants every facility manager, vendor and tenant to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. This statement describes what we have done on the site itself and how to tell us when something falls short.

What we aim for

How the site is built.

Standard

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Colour contrast

Text colour is computed against the real background it sits on, including text over photography, so copy stays readable rather than relying on a visual guess.

Keyboard and focus

Every link, button and form control can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and the element that has focus is always visibly marked.

Reduced motion

If your device is set to reduce motion, the background video and scroll animations pause and the content appears without movement.

Images

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

Forms

Every field on the contact form has a visible label, and errors are written out in plain text.

Known limitation

The background video.

The video behind the top of the home page is decorative and silent. It carries no information that is not also written on the page, and it pauses when you ask your device to reduce motion.
